Dragline Service Specialties
DSS provides specialized parts and service for draglines, electric rope shovels, and walking equipment. Headquartered in Casper with facilities in Gillette, WY and Tyler, TX — serving mining operations across 46 states.

Executive Leadership
Leads Wyoming Machinery Company as a family-owned Caterpillar dealership, setting the strategic direction for equipment sales, service, rental, and mining operations across Wyoming and the western United States.
Vice President of Operations
Operations
Oversees day-to-day operations across all branch locations, ensuring consistent service delivery, shop efficiency, and field service coordination for customers statewide.
Vice President of Sales
Equipment Sales
Directs the equipment sales organization including new Cat machines, used equipment, and allied product lines. Manages territory representatives serving mining, construction, oil & gas, and government customers.
Service Manager
Service & Repair
Leads the service department including shop technicians, field service crews, and the Component Rebuild Center. Responsible for technician training, quality standards, and 24/7 emergency service dispatch.
Parts Manager
Parts & Inventory
Manages parts operations across all locations — from counter sales and warehouse inventory to next-day delivery logistics. Maintains thousands of genuine Cat parts in stock for rapid availability.
Rental Manager
Wyoming Rents
Heads the Wyoming Rents division, managing the rental fleet, rate structures, and rental sales across seven branch locations. Serves short-term, long-term, and rent-to-own customers.
DSS Division Manager
Dragline Service Specialties
Leads Dragline Service Specialties with operations in Casper, Gillette, and Tyler, Texas. Provides specialized parts and service support for draglines, electric rope shovels, and walking equipment at mines across the country.
Chief Financial Officer
Finance & Administration
Oversees financial planning, accounting, HR, and administrative operations. Manages equipment financing programs, customer credit, and the company's long-term financial health.
