Dragline Service Specialties (DSS) was founded in 2018 as a division of Wyoming Machinery, headquartered in Casper with full-service facilities in Gillette, Wyoming and Tyler, Texas. What started as an expansion of Wyoming Machinery's mining capabilities has grown into the premier dragline service provider in North America.
DSS provides parts and service support to mining customers throughout the United States, specializing in draglines, electric rope shovels, and walking equipment. Our coverage area spans 46 states — every state except Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
With over 120 Cat-certified technicians specializing in mining equipment, DSS delivers 24/7/365 field service, structural repair, component rebuilds, and complete major outage management. We live by five core values every day: Safety, Integrity, Commitment, Excellence, and Teamwork.
