**Casper, Wyoming (Headquarters)** — Our main facility houses the DSS management team, engineering group, and a complete service center with heavy lift capability. The Casper facility serves as the logistics hub for mining parts and supports operations across Wyoming and the Rocky Mountain region.
**Gillette, Wyoming** — Located in the heart of the Powder River Basin — the largest coal-producing region in the world — our Gillette facility provides 24/7 field service, parts support, and shop service to the mines that produce 40% of America's coal. This facility is purpose-built for mining equipment with heavy overhead cranes and specialized tooling.
**Tyler, Texas** — Our newest facility extends DSS coverage to mining operations in Texas, Louisiana, and the southeastern United States. The Tyler facility provides field service, parts support, and component rebuild capability for lignite and other mining operations.
