Parts Warranty & Return Policy
Surplus parts are an unnecessary cost to you and added expense for Wyoming Machinery Company. It is important to keep surpluses to a minimum and handle them as inexpensively as possible. It is our sincere intention to be equitable in crediting for surpluses.
To initiate a return, please call 307-472-1000. Restock charges vary based on timing and order type: no charge within 15 days on stock orders, 10% for emergency orders within 15 days, 15% for returns between 15-60 days, and 25% for clean-out returns or purchases over 60 days.
Parts must be in salable condition, in original packaging, and meet minimum value thresholds. Custom hose assemblies, made-as-ordered parts, and special order parts are not eligible for return.
