Cat Product Link — Telematics for Every Machine
Cat Product Link is a telematics device built into every new Cat machine. It transmits machine location, operating hours, fuel consumption, diagnostic codes, and health indicators to the cloud — accessible through VisionLink, the Cat App, or My.Cat.Com.
Product Link is standard on all new Cat equipment. For Wyoming customers with fleets spread across the state, Product Link provides the visibility needed to manage equipment, schedule maintenance, and respond to issues before they become failures.
Data from Product Link feeds into Customer Value Agreements (CVAs), enabling Wyoming Machinery's service team to proactively schedule maintenance based on actual machine hours and conditions.
