ThinkBIG — Cat's Premier Technician Program
A 2-year associate degree program combined with Cat dealer certification. You alternate between college coursework and hands-on experience at our shops. Graduate with zero debt, a degree, full Cat certification, and a guaranteed job.

Grade Control Certification
Cat GRADE, Trimble, and GPS machine control systems. Hands-on calibration, setup, and daily operation.
Equipment Operation
Dozers, excavators, wheel loaders, motor graders — learn on the actual iron you'll run on the job.
Safety & Compliance
MSHA, OSHA, confined space, fall protection, and lockout/tagout. Required certifications handled in-house.
VisionLink & Fleet Management
Telematics training — monitor machine health, fuel usage, idle time, and location from your office.
